Thurs., July 10 • Alliance Medical Services and Southeastern Fitness and Rehabilitation offer a Free Health Seminar for Stroke Prevention to be held at Southeastern Fitness and Rehabilitation located at 59 Turtle Creek Drive, Asheville, NC. Present through July 19: Wood Quarry, The Creative Process: An Exhibition of Work by David Nash will be on display at the Center for Craft, Creativity, and Design in Hendersonville. David Nash is best known for his work involving living elements, such as the trees in his Ash Dome near his home in Wales, whose growth has been redirected. The Center for Craft, Creativity, and Design is located at 1181 Broyles Road in Hendersonville, North Carolina. It is open free to the public Tuesday - Saturday, 1-5pm.
