Welcome our new editor!

The Asheville Global Report would like to welcome Greg White to the editorial collective. Greg contributes to the paper on a weekly basis and first volunteered for AGR in 2000. His compilations demonstrate his sharp understanding of current events and their political implications. So much of what goes into putting together a compilation article involves going through information that is often spun by big money interests to serve a neo-conservative agenda. Greg has a talent for sorting out the information that is closest to the truth, organizing and presenting it in an accessible way.
He is a reliable and responsible presence in the office and every week works on the extensive task of going through the hundreds of emails received into the editor’s account. In addition to volunteering at AGR Greg is a student AB-Tech, and true to AGR style, works in a grocery store and for a bakery. We are really happy to have him as an editor and appreciate his important contributions to the paper.
